Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 Calendar Invitation from other parties and internal parties could not accept/reject, as it is grey out

Dear All,

I need a help here. As I am facing an issue whereby the user could not accept/reject/tentative a calendar invitation received from other parties and even internal parties. The option is always greyed out. I have done several troubleshooting methods, please find them below but all these methods are not working.

1) Upgrade Outlook 2010 to Service Pack 2
2) Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Office 2010
3) Create a new email profile
4) Open Outlook in safe mode
5) Remove all Outlook's add-ins
6) outlook /cleandmrecords
outlook /cleanfreebusy
outlook /cleanprofile

Can anyone please suggest/advice what else can I do to solve this problem permanently?
