Microsoft Office 2013 will not work after downloading Windows 10 on a new laptop which had windows 8.1. What steps do I take to get MO 2013 working again?

As far as I know, some other users also get the same issue after upgrading to Windows 10.

First of all, you can try to repair Office 2013.

After repairing Office 2013 if your issue still exists. For resoloving this issue, I suppose the most effective way is to reinstall Office in your computer.
