Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 user mailbox
Hi, Sorry if someone already raised this question, In my organization we use a mailbox as an additional mailbox for some users. We call it as "caravan Park". i had a user who is not able to see the Inbox of her own from outlook. It shows like ( Inbox (6)) but when she tries to open the Inbox "there are no items to Show in this view" this message appears. But she can able to access everything from OWA. All other users are able to assess Inbox. i Recreated the outlook profile. No use. We had this problem a month ago for one day and then working fine. can any one please help me in this. thank you krishna Krishna Gummadapu

Hello, please check if there's an active view filter at the inbox of the user. Greetings, Toni

Hi Krishna, What edition of Outlook is being used? Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010? You may reset the View to see if this works. If the issue continues, run Outlook /ResetFolders for the affected user. Hope it is helpful. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
