I am trying to install microsoft exchange server on windows server 2008 64bit with a domain controller windows server 2003 32bit. I have completed all other prerequisites but just b4 installation i have to run a command on exchange server machine to prepare Active Directory on DC which is resulting in this way: D:\>setup /PrepareAD /ON:server Welcome to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Unattended Setup Preparing Exchange Setup No server roles will be installed Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check Organization Checks ......................... FAILED The specified configuration file could not be loaded as an XML document. The Exchange Server setup operation did not complete. Visit http://support.micro soft.com and enter the Error ID to find more information. Exchange Server setup encountered an error. Please help. I will be very thankful.

Hi Thaheem, Any updates? Which vesion of Exchange 2007 do you install? SP2 or SP3? And windows 2008 version?
