Please help me, when I try to start the MS Exchange RPC Client Access Service in my exchange 2010 mailbox role server, it show The Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access Service on the local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. in the event log it show "Outlook Connectivity Protocols is disabled, the service is try to stop" after that the service is stopped. I need the service to start since the user can not access the public folder in the mailbox server. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you very much!

Dear All, After 18 hour hard working, I found the solution. It is my personal mistake, I have remove the RpcClientAccess in Exchange Management Shell. Fix it by " New-RpcClientAcess -Server serverName" The service can be started after that. Thank you very much!
