Hi,Can you manually start the service from service manager?(Note:You can run Services.msc from a command prompt to open services manager.)If yes, then please check article below:Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help prevent any unauthorized changes to the file. Note Certain Exchange 2007-managed code services may not start after you install this update rollup. This is true if the services cannot access the following Microsoft Web site: http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/CodeSigPCA.crl (http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/CodeSigPCA.crl) For more information about how to resolve or work around this issue, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 944752 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944752/ ) Exchange 2007 managed code services do not start after you install an update rollup for Exchange 2007 For more information about the Exchange Server 2007 servicing model, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 937194 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937194/ ) The product service strategy for Exchange Server 2007 If not, then please runMPSRPT_Exchange.EXE and then send to me.Regards,Xiu

Hi, 1. We found event 12014 ,event 4001 with error 0x80040115. a. First please check the NIC settings on CAS and Mailbox Server.a). Disabled the TCP Chimney b). Disabled TCPA as well as RSSc). Disable RSS and TCPA Detail steps for how to disable these features, you can refer to the article below: Windows 2003 Scalable Networking pack and its possible effects on Exchange http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/18/446400.aspx b. Then please run the cmmdlt below to check we need to check certificateDomains, Subject installed on Exchange Server and the EHLO FQDN for send connector. Also we need to check if SMTP service has been enabled on this certificate. get-exchangecertificate |fl ,get-sendconnector |fl If they are not the same, then we need to change EHLO FQDN to the same as certificateDomain. How to View the Configuration of a Send Connector http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125243.aspx Microsoft Exchange could not load the STARTTLS certificate from the local store because it did not match the FQDN from the connector configuration http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb217330.aspx 2. We found information below in Netdiag. [FATAL] Cannot send mailslot message to 'XXX via browser. [ERROR_invalid_FUNCTION] Kerberos test. . . . . . . . . . . : Failed[FATAL] Cannot lookup package Kerberos. The error occurred was: (null) a. Please check if servers are using Broadcome NetXtreme NICs and the Cisco Catalyst Express 500 POE switch. If yes, then we may need to modify Cisco Express 500 switch settings. We may log into the Cisco Express 500 switch HTML config setup and changed the 2 ports that are connected to the servers as:SmartPort = serverPort speed = Auto b. Please check if you have Kerberos package installed. HKLM\System\CurrecntControlSet\Control\LLS Security Package, to check if it had the kerberos package installed. c. Please look at the NetBT entry located under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters\Interfaces\Tcp ip to see if NameServerList has been set. Besides, please check if Exchange Servers has Manager and Audit Logs permission in GPOs. If no, then please add Exchange Server and then run gpupdate /force from a command prompt. Regards, Xiu
