There are 2 entries for Directory and 2 entries for Mail, can someone tell me what are these and why is it not always the same as I saw times where there where 5 entries for Directory and only one for mail Thanks

That's pretty normal. Outlook will open multiple connections. Outlook 2007 typically has up to 7 connections listed, Outlook 2010 up to 5 or so.
