Hello - Have an Exchange Server 2010 Standard, SP2. The server is working correclty. The problem is the GAL does not populate in Outlook 2010. If you changed to non-cached mode it works fine. It works fine in OWA. So the issue has to be realted to IIS 7? That is my assumption at this point. The OAB folder is updating at ~5AM according to the schdule but the clients dont get the GAL list from the OAB. Any ideas?!

Create a new OAB file, enable web-based distribution and add all CAS servers as the distribution points; If there is still Outlook 2003 clients, enable Public folder distribution method. Update the mailbox database, specify the newly created OAB and the public folder if necessary; Run Test Email Autoconfiguration in the affected client, make sure there is no any error; Try again to download OAB in the Outlook 2010 clients.
