Microsoft Exchange - Outlook Web Access (OWA)

In Microsoft Exchange - Outlook Web Access I am not able to uncheck the box in front of "Use Outlook Access Light". And when I open the Microsoft Exchange - Outlook Web Access this no option for reading Pan. There is no messaging option where I can select weather the message will be in HTML format or Plain Text format.

All the above options are available win 8. But not in win 8.1 & Win 10.

Please tell me how can I get the above mentioned options

What version of Exchange and what web browser are you trying ot use?

Take a look at this matrix too, and see what is supported for your browser.

This should take care of your issue.

Hi,

From your description, I recommend you install the Cumulative Update 3 for Exchange Server 2013 and check the result, it should resolve the issue "When you try to access OWA Premium by using Internet Explorer 11 in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, OWA Light is loaded instead."

For your convenience:

Hope this can be helpful to you.

You're recommending to install an unsupported CU? Currently only CU7 and CU8 for Exchange 2013 are supported.

Also note that the OP is using version 8.2 which refers to Exchange 2007 SP2.

That is Exchange 2007 SP2 which is no longer supported. Contact your Exchange administrator to upgrade to the SP3 release and the latest RU release for Exchange 2007 (currently that is RU16) as you are missing out on quite a few important security updates as well. Also note that Exchange 2007 is currently in extended support.

Anyway, Exchange 2007 officially doesn't support Internet Explorer 10 and 11 for the premium version.
See: https://technet.microsoft.com/library/ff728623.aspx

To still get the premium version in Internet Explorer 11, you'll need to run the page in Compatibility Mode. For further details see: Internet Explorer 11 only loads OWA Light
