Microsoft Access 2013 - Subform automatically filters Main Form

Hi

Let's say I have 600 entries in my CLINIC database, and there are some entries within the clinics for the DOCTORS database. However not all clinics have doctors.

When I tag a subform (DOCTORS) to my main form (CLINIC), the total form records I have is only 500. I can't see a form for clinics who do not have doctors.

I want to see all clinics' form, and for those without doctors, for the subform to be blank.

Appreciate all help, thanks.

The main form should be based on the clinics table, not on a query that also contains info about doctors.
