i am having exchange server 2010 on premises , i have about 60 users

now iam facing low disk space on the exchange drive , every day its consuming about 4 mps

kindly how to reduce the size of the mdb file.

I don't know what mps means.

If it's increasing at an unusual rate, you could have a mail loop.  Look at the mailbox statistics and see if one is growing at an unusual rate.  If your database has a large amount of white space, you the best way to recover it is to create a new mailbox database, move all the mailboxes to it, and then delete the old database.
