Metabase entry with multiple corresponding GUIDs
i got problem in exchange 2003 enviroment. Theres queuein smtp outbound connector and messages are delaying about 10 -20mins. i runned exch assistant troubleshooting and i got this message: Key 'LM/SmtpSvc/1/Domain/xxxx.fi' was found in the metabase on server hpit1exc03 but multiple corresponding GUIDs are found for this entry. Unless multiple recipient policies have same SMTP addresses, this could be the result of conflicting entries in recipient policies and SMTP connectors such as an SMTP connector addressed to an authoritative SMTP domain I installed metabase explorer to find out problem but im not sure how it should look like. Anyone know where the problem exist or what steps i should look?

Hi, Arethe domain in multiple recipient policies or configured on SMTP connectors? Are the queues for multiple domains or only for one or more? Any errors shown in the queue viewer? Leif

Hi, Please increase Transport Diagnostic Level to maximum and reproduce the issue. Then, please check application log for any relevant errors. Please configure the Refresh Queue rate to 1 minute. Right click the SMTP outbound connector queue and click Force connection. Then, refresh the Queue Viewer to check whether any errors are showed. Mike

Hello, i got work around for this problem. I used my front-end server for localbridgehead at connector settings. Now theres now queues and it is working fine. Seems that theres problem in my maibox servers SMTP since it wont work correctly if i use it for localbridgehead.
