Hello, We are running exchange 2010 with three databases. Two of these databases are holding onto emails received. The third is fine and can send and receive both internally and externally. I have rebooted the server and for a while this resolved the issue, but it is now holding onto mail again. I don't understand why one store is working fine while the other two are not.

Hi, How did you configure your exchange 2010 MBX setup, is it in DAG model. Do you have problem when sending email for mailbox's residing in problem databse. Can you check for events realted to the 2 databases in the event viewer and post here. Also post the status of the messages stuck in the queue. Mahendra

Hi, It came down to the drive with the databases running out of space. I had to create a new disk in VMware and move one of the databases onto that drive. After this, all mail flow was fine.
