Messages Waiting To Be Routed
Hi,I have this problem whereby all my messages are stucked at Messages Waiting To Be Routed.I have deleted the Mailroot/VS 1/Queue directory, I have even deleted the whole Mailroot and allow SMTP to create from scratch Mailroot directory. On top of that, I have cleared the mtadata .dat files.I am still experiencing the mail stucked at Messages Waiting To Be Routed problem.DNS resolution has no issue, all ports 25 are working fine. The SMTP was running fine until the server was rebooted.Does anyone know of the next step which I can take?Thank you.

Best thing to start doing is run the ExTRA tool and select the mail queue issues option to let the tool do some basic and intermediate troubleshooting. It is very helpful.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4bdc1d6b-de34-4f1c-aeba-fed1256caf9a&displaylang=enRun that report and post back we can proceed from there.Sr. Exchange Engineer - Constellation Energy

Thanks Aaron. I exeucted the EXTRA utility and did not really get much information except the Messages Waiting to be Route queue backed up.I have solved my problem by uninstalling the F-Secure for Exchange Server. The F-Secure for Exchange did not cause any problem since its induction a few years back. It start messing up the whole thing during the last reboot.Thank you once again.
