A user showed me the problem where someone sent a personal reply to a Calendar meeting, but the message was not visible in Outlook 2003. The text of the orginal calendar entry were visible, however. Also, the personal reply WAS visible when viewed from OWA or the user's iPhone. Any idea how to make the message visible in Outlook 2003?

Is Outlook connected to Exchange? are they receiving any new mail? have you tried checking the user's email from another machine with a new profile on it?

Hi, i think there is some step you should do * checking connection between outlook and exchange server "send&recieve" * check if there is any filter apply in outlook *check also sort option it could be enabled by the user

also check the OST file it maight been corrupted so you can repair it or create new one but you should first open your account in online mood not cache mode to be sure if the problem in OST file or not
