Message tracking multiple email addresses for one user
We recently changed our domain name, and subsequently everyone's email address. I'd like to use the Message Tracking tool to see how many messages are being sent to the old address vs the new address for a specific user. However then I enter in the old email address as the receipent, the results include both messages sent to the old and new address. Is there some way to prevent it from resolving all of a user's email addresses? Thanks

The Message Tracking tool will resolve a string in thesender or recipeint field back to an AD account if it'sa local address, so I don't think you can seperate them in that way. You could go through the raw message tracking files looking for occurances of the old domain versus the new domain if you are just trying to get a baseline on which is used moe.

The reason I'd like to be able to track it is because over the years the previous admins assigned a number of extraneous addresses to users. I'd like also to update any subscriptions or contracts that are usingthe old address. If I temporarily removed the address from the account, would I be able to track it then?

If you remove the addresses Message Tracking won't show anything as the mail will be rejected for those removed addresses at your inbound SMTP virtual host.
