Check the internet headers of the messages and see what servers and times the messages went through. From there, you'll know which hub transport handled the message and you focus on that in message tracking.

Does this help? http://mjolinor.wordpress.com/2011/02/11/how-far-back-do-your-message-tracking-logs-really-go/[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+("686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570").substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

When you find the one you want, select it and click "Next". That should get the tracking information from the HT role that handled the messaage. If you don't find a SUBMIT event on the mailbox server then the message never left the Outlook client. This assumes that you're looking for messages that are recent enough to still be in the message tracking logs on the machines. FYI, for messages sent between users in the same organization, the Edge server isn't used. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
