Hi A couple of our Exchange message stores crash giving the following error: Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7652.24, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4062, fault address 0x0001bb3c The servers are new servers to the domain built on Windows 2003 Standard R2 running Exchange 2003 SP2 with all updates applied including Windows 2003 SP2. The store crashes don't appear to be happening regularly and we haven't found another process that might be causing this. In searching google, there are similar issues but none that i can see that are the same. Any help very welcome! Thanks Crawford

have you been able to run checks with isinetinteg or eseutil?; Also, kernel32.dll with a hex address could mean you've got some faulty RAM.
