Message not in sent items
A user notified me of a reply to a test message. The user did not send the original message in question and it is not in the sent items folder. Message tracking shows the original message sent from the user in question from our Exchange server name and IP address. When looking at the message the Thread-Topic matches an earlier message to the user in question. What do you think has happened?

Hello, Does this issue happen for all the sent emails? How about sending the emails via OWA? You can check if any Outlook rules or any retention policy moves the emails automatically to other folders. Thanks, Simon
