Message delivery Problem
Hi I have the following problem with exchange server 2000. Some mails are not delivered to the recipient and a NDR is generated. The NDR generated is the following: This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again. <extcorreo.extralum.co.cr #5.2.3> In message delivery I configured the sending and the receiving message size in 6144 kb and the users limits are configured with 20480KB for receiving and sending message size. I did a test sending from Gmail a 4MB mail to a specific user and the problem persists. I appreciate any help you give me Thanks.

What is the user's mailbox size? Try this, enable Message Tracking for each server in your organization. Then, send a message to this user (preferably from a mailbox on another Exchange server), then track the message. See where it fails and which component rejected it.
