Hi friends, I have a strange problem with one of my co-workers using Message Tracking... When i need to do a search for any user or any type (receive/send/etc) using EMC or EMS at Exchange 2007 SP3/Windows 2008 SP2 i have this error message: An internal error caused the search to fail. I try to use admin tools at other machine (windows 7) but the same error. I see this post from Nitin Gupta: http://www.nitingupta.in/blogs/index.php/2009/04/06/exchange-2007-message-tracking-logs-corruption/ but doesn´t work for me too. Someone has any idea? It might be a bug with Exchange sp3. I am able to run it on the server and workstation and we are running sp1 ru9.

Hi, I can search the messages successfully in my lab. Exchange 2007 SP3/Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7. Please check whether there is related events in the Event Viewer. And run the EXBPA to do a Health Check.Frank Wang
