Message Moderation in Exchange 2010
I have few users in a call centre. I want to moderate all the emails these users sending out of my organisation. If I prrove only their emails should go out.
How can I do this in Exchange 2010 ?

Using the moderated transport feature in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, you can require all e-mail messages sent to specific recipients be approved by moderators. You can configure any type of recipient

Yes, you need to create a transport rule to accomplish this. Before you do that, I would create a Dynamic Distribution group that updates its membership based on a unique attribute for the users
that you want to force approval on.
Then create your transport rule:
Once someone from Accountspayable sends an email, Izzy will have to approve the message before it is sent outbound
