I'm from Guatemala City

It is frustrating as meetings generated within Microsoft Outlook 2010 y 2013 with 2013 exchange account, in Windows, get synchronized at the wrong time (1-hour off) in all my IOS devices. iPad and iPhone) is off by one hour

I have correctly set "Guatemala", in icloud.com, my iphone and ipad;  and "Central America" in Windows 8.1.

All meeting invitations I set and send through Outlook, in my PC, are received with the correct time by all colleagues.   All meetings that I send through my IOS devices, arrive 1-hour off.

can you help me?

You might want to ask in an Apple forum since it's those devices that are wrong.  Apple is responsible for the ActiveSync client in iOS.
