Meeting requests between Exchange 2007 and Lotus Notes
Hi All This issue actually relates to BES users on Lotus Notes and Exchange environments, but hopefully answers to this post will help me figure that out. Is it possible for Lotus Notes and Exchange Users on completely seperate Directores\Forests to accept meeting requests between them? If so, I assume they are limited in what they can do i.e. do they get Accept, reject,Decline options or merely something much simpler? Tom

Alot of that depends on versions and how the meeting requests are generated between the orgs. Creating a standard RTF meeting request may give the Lotus clients problems and they may be unable to accept etc... When sharing the meeting requests across different orgs, you may want to make sure you send them as icals http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/send-an-internet-ical-meeting-request-HP005281871.aspx Send an Internet (iCal) meeting request
