Meeting requests are accepted by opening the meeting invite.
Is it normal behavior to have a meeting added to your calendar just by opening the meeting request? If the meeting is declined, it is then removed from the calendar. I'm assuming that no notification is sent out unless accept, decline, or tentative is chosen. We are running exchange 2007 and outlook 2007. Any insight would be appreciated.Thanks

By Default, meeting request is always set to tentative. If you accept the request . by default it willl go in the deleted item folder.Raj
