Meeting request tracking issues
Hello all,Have a very bizarre issue here where I work, I have a couple of users that send out meeting request to external people outside of our company. Well she will get a response from them accepting or declining the meeting but when she double clicks the message the tracking for the meeting does not update for the external user response. I have ran accross various articles and have a tried a few things from the client side, but I also tried the meeting request from OWA and recieved the same problem.I tested for myself and and couple of other and it works for me testing from my hotmail account, which is the same way I tested the users. Mine worked hers didn't and I also noticed that it worked for others and then others it didn't using the same hotmail account. I also understand that not every platform may support this feature but hotmail does. Any help is greatly appriciated.

What steps do you take to reproduce the issue? Have you looked at the set-mailboxcalendarsettings -processexternalmeetingmessages setting?-alex

You can check by running: get-mailboxcalendarsettings <mailboxID> | fl processexternalmeetingmessages You can turn it on by running: set-mailboxcalendarsettings <mailboxID> -processexternalmeetingmessages:$true I don't believe there is a gui interface for this setting. -alex
