Meeting information delay
I have 5 meeting rooms in my building which are now scheduled using shared calendaring through outlook XP clients. The Exchangeserverversion I have is 2000 enterprise fully patched. Issue: When a user schedules a meeting room as a resource, for a meeting, the hover information in the schedule window doesn't show the basic meeting details. It seems to take some time before the information becomes visible. If I look on the calendar of the meeting room booked, and any user that was also invited to the meeting, I see the appointment in full detail, however if I display the calendar of the room using the group schedule option in my outlook client, all I see is that there is a scheduled meeting in the room. If I hover over the blocked time for that meeting, no hover information will show.Is there a delay in displaying the basic meeting information via the hover window? Is this a process timing issue with Exchange? Can this processing time be stepped up or changed to make that information visible more quickly? Any insight into how this process works or how to possibly modify the speed of the hover information showing would be great! Thanks to the forum users in advance! See my linkbelow. The meeting I justbooked for 11:am today for meeting room MASSPshows no hover info, yet other meetings for the other rooms booked in the past do show hover info...
