Meeting Recipients' free/busy incorrectly shows both original and new meeting updates
Problem: free/busy shows both the original meeting time and the new meeting time in recipient's calendar. I cannot reproduce this issue on my calendar, but here are the steps the user followed when the problem occured:Meeting organizer sends meeting invite to recipient A. Recipient A accepts meeting invite. Meeting organizer reschedules meeting. Recipient A accepts new meeting update. Tracking information in meeting organizers outlook shows recipient A has accepted the updated time. Problem: free/busy shows both the original meeting time and the new meeting time in recipient As calendar. Additional background: Other recipients who have accepted updates also show both times. Recipients who have not replied back only show the original time. Problem has occured on multiple occasions. Problem has occurred for more than one meeting organizer.Client software: Outlook 2007 SP1 Server software: Exchange 2007 RTM, update rollup 6

Hi, 1. Whether all the recipients in the meeting encountered the problem or only a part of recipients encountered the issue if they accepted the meeting requests twice? 2. Whether the Calendar in the Recipient mailbox shows both two times? Or when attempting to retrieve Free/Busy information by using Scheduling Assistant when create a meeting or appointment, the recipient is busy both time. Please also run the following command to post problem mailbox calendar setting: Get-mailboxcalendarsettings mailboxname |fl Mike
