Measuring Exchange performance and improvements
Hi We are running Exchange 2007 SP2 using CCR on Windows 2008 Servers. We have seperate servers for Mailbox. HT, and CAS. I'd like to perform a 'review' of our Exchange infrastructure. That is basically - i. Checking if our servers can handle the load ii. Checking for any potential bottlenecks iii. Checking for any potential problematic areas iv. Scope for improvement This would apply to all servers roles. Can anyone suggest any good tools / procedures to perform this?

Hi, i. You may check the event logs for any issues in load handling. Alternately you may use tools like Cacti to see the graphical representation (http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=27687) ii, iii, iv. Exchange Best Practices Analyzer SCOM is also tool from Microsoft for your purposesRegards from www.windowsadmin.info
