One of our remote locations we recently acquired uses Exchange 2013. They are having an issue sending out a bulk email and have asked us what the max BCC limit is. I can't seem to find a straight answer online. 

I did a Get-TransportConfig and the maxrecipientenvelopelimit is 5000.

Is that the max recipient? I've read elsewhere that it is 100.  Where can I look to confirm this?

You can use the Get- cmdlets instead of the Set- cmdlets in the article to find out what the settings are currently before you change them.
