Trying to avoid password protecting each document I am completing - is there any way to highlight multiple documents in a folder to password protect them?

Hi,

Some 3rd-party zip tool can set password to protect multiple files inside of it, you can try some and check if they work for you.

You could use a macro to password-protect each file, rather than doing it manually; otherwise you'd have to put them in a password-protected container of some sort (e.g. a zip file).
