A script is likely to be your best option for this. CSVDE can only be used to create AD objects, not to modify them. Here's a sample to get you started: http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/ezine/ezine42.htm For certain types of bulk changes you can use ADModify.NET, but this probably won't be suitable for your requirement where you have the details in a spreadsheet.
