Marketing Emails via Exchange

Hi,

Is it OK to send a minimum 1000 to 1500 marketing emails per week using mail merge via exchange without getting blacklisted?

If no, please help me how to do it without getting blacklisted?

Hi Nishi,

Are these messages sending by one sender? The same message body? All send to external users?

Generally, tt is not recommended to send a lot of marketing emails from Exchange. If you send two many marketing emails to external users at the same time, it may be blocked by the internet or other external mail servers. Maybe we can consider to use a third-party product to do this.

Additionally, there are many Message throttling in Exchange server:

Please refer to the article above to meet your rquirement.

To be honest, you will struggle.

One of our clients send out far less mails than this in a mailshot and often get their IP blacklisted.
