Hi, We have a weird problem on our terminal servers. When users, for instance, in word tries to send the word dokument by email the message: Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: "Unspecified error". appears. In excel the message states that there is a problem with the mail system. We also have problems sending invoices from our economy system via email. Some users don't experience this problem at all... others have it all the time. My own user works great a couple of hours until I log of, when logging back in it doesn't work at all and stays that way the rest of the day... We are running windows 2003 Enterprise on our terminal servers with session directory. We also use Exchange 2003 on a application server wich runs 2003 std R2. On the terminal servers office 2007 are installed so all users runs outlook 2007. This server setup has just been running for a few weeks. Have a support case going with Microsoft, but they seem unable to determine the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am experiencing this same problem on our Citrix Servers but do not feel it is related to Citrix. Majority of our users never have a problem while the rest have it constantly. I can delete the users Terminal Server Profile and then it will work until they log off/on again. Were you ever able to get this resolved for you? Any help would be greatlly appreciated. In case anybody still experiences this problem. You cannot run Exchange 2003 Tools and Office 2007 on the same machine. I isolated the Exchange 2003 Tools on one Citrix Server with Office 2003 still installed and our remaining Servers have Office 2007 installed without the Exchange 2003 Tools. We have a handful of users that require Office 2003 due to old Macros and also only a handful of IT Admins that use the Exchange Tools so isolating these users to this particular server is the acceptibleworkaround for us.
