Are the clients in cache or online mode? Do you see the messages via OWA? Any rules moving messages?Outlook Views?Mobile Devices in use?If message tracking shows delivery, then they should be there. On a side note, make sure you are excluding ALL the necesary directories from any flat-file AV scan:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823166Overview of Exchange Server 2003 and antivirus software

Check under the inbox/Recover Deleted Items and see if those messages are there. If this is Outlook 2003 or older, add the DumpsterAlwaysOn registry key to view those items per:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997155.aspxAre the BB users using a BES server or BIS or something else?

One more thing i noticed is that in some of the users properties check box "automatic update email address in based on recipient policy" is not select does this will affect and what is the use of this.
