Hi Support,

We are using an IMAP account in outlook 2013.Mails are not downloading automatically. Every time,we are manually clicking on Send/Receive button to receive emails.

Please let me know is there any changes to be done in outlook 2013 for receiving emails automatically.

Hello,

Make sure that Disable Scheduled send/receive is not active.

To do so: Open MS Outlook >> Send / Receive" tab >> "Send / Receive Groups" >> Uncheck "Disable Scheduled send/receive".

Hi,

In addition to Clark's suggestion, please also check if you have set the Send/Receive settings correctly. Click Send/Receive tab - > Send/Receive Groups - > Define Send/Receive Groups, make sure you have enabled the "Include this group in send/receive (F9)" option. Please also make sure you didn't set the "Schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes" option to a long interval. By default, it's set to 30 minutes.
