Managing 2003 Exchange attribute in 2008 AD
Hi, We just installed server 2008 R2 as a DC in our Domain. We have few 2003 DC as well and we are planning to phase them out. One thing I am unable to do in 2008 ADUC is manage Exchange attributes, they simply not there. Do I need to install something? We are running Exchange 2003. Thanks David Tabib

Back in the day you would simply install the Exchange management tools onto your W2K3 DCs and that would generate the tabs and views that you seek. However, I wouldnt do this in your current environment. Exchange 2003 is a ways out of support and I dont think you should try and pollute your new DCs with legacy software. Use ADUC on your Exchange 2003 server and get off it and onto 2010 at your earliest convenience. "dtabib" wrote in message news:f7cb494b-d129-4831-a297-aacb0329a76a...
