Managed Folder Policy fails to run as scheduled
Hello Everyone: I have a Managed Folder Policy to clean-up the Deleted Items folders for my users. However, the policy fails to run as configuredunder theMessaging Record Management tab for my only emailserver. The maintenance is scheduled to run every day from 6am-7am and there are no backups or defrags running at this time. I can run the policy with the 'Start-ManagedFolderAssistant' command, event IDs 9021 & 9022 appear in the applicationlogs and the old email is removed from the Deleted Items folder. I have looked everywhere and short of calling Microsoft Support I can't think of what is causing this problem. Your suggestion or helpare appreciated.Thank you in advance for your assistance. Are you sure all 5 of these steps are in place?http://msexchangeteam.com/videos/9/general/entry442782.aspxis online maintenance or something elseconflicting with the schedule?
