Male box move fails to move from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010
When I try to move the last person from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 SP2 I het the following error: Summary: 1 item(s). 0 succeeded, 1 failed. Elapsed time: 00:00:01 Chris Lewis Morse Failed Error: Active Directory operation failed on LBDC01.LewisGroup.Corp. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation. Active directory response: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150BB9, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0 The user has insufficient access rights. Verify that security inheritance is enabled for that account.

Scott, Open ADUC and make sure the advanced features are enabled in the view menu. Then get the properties of the properties of the user and select the security tab. Press the advanced button and check if the Include the inheritable permssions from this object's parent has been selected. If not check it and then try it again.
