Making sure email has been replied to
Hello All,I am trying to find a way (3rd party application or otherwise) to track requests that are sent to our company (running Exchange Server 2003) through email. Here is the scenario:-1- Client sends an email question (a request for quotation for instance) to emailuser@ourdomain.com2- If there is no respionse within a certain time limit, another email is sent to userI would prefer a solution that is deployed on the Exchange server rather than having to install it on all workstations.Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks !- M

It is not possible natively in Exchange Server. You need to devlope your custom script/program to scan all mailboxes for unread mails at server side and reply to sender automatically. I am not aware of any third-party application which can do this...Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
