Make each worksheet's first page header different when printing entire workbook
I recently had a user request for the following:  She is using Excel 2007 and has a workbook with multiple worksheets in it.  Each worksheet is multiple pages long.  She has defined headers for each worksheet.  The header happens to be the same for each worksheet, but different for the *first page* of each worksheet.  She wants to print the entire workbook at once and have the header appear on the first page of each *worksheet*.  Unfortunately, what happens when printing the entire workbook with a single print job is the first page of the *workbook* gets the first page header, and every other worksheet's first page gets no first page header.  Is what she wants to do even possible?  And if it is, I'd love to know how to do it.  Thanks!
