Thanks for your answer but...i knew how can i use the pop3 connector but the problem is that alsoi want to associate the smtp account to the same pop3 user profile... I'll try to explain the case better. I've some pop3/smtp accountfrom an external mail provider. I've the 2003 SBS with exchange. I don't want to configure pop3/smtp accounts into the outlook clients, I want to make Microsoft Exchange as a Mail exchanger between users and external mail account. All pop3 and smtp accounts must be configured into exchange server associating it to AD accounts. The users just only must type in Outlook him/her AD user name and then should be downloaded all pop3 mails and when the want to send e-mails automatically the must logon into smtp account....that was preoviously configured in exchange. THanks in advance for your patience and your time

Hi Lorenzo, Firstly, please check whether I understand your problem correctly. You would like to download the message from an external mailbox to the users mailbox on the Exchange Server. And have the user to receive and send the emails by using the AD account. If I am right, I think that Jeff has answered the question in the second link: Connector features You can use the connector to do the following: Download e-mail from a single POP3 mailbox to a single Exchange mailbox (user mailbox). A user mailbox is a single POP3 mailbox account at your Internet service provider (ISP) designated to receive all e-mail sent to an Exchange mailbox or distribution group. The user account name for the POP3 mailbox must map to the name of the Exchange mailbox or distribution group. When the mailbox is accessed by the Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes, it downloads the messages, and then the Exchange server delivers the messages to the specified Exchange users. It is then delivered to the Exchange mailbox. For example, e-mail from the POP3 mailbox for Chris@wingtiptoys.msn.com is downloaded by the connector, and then delivered to the Exchange mailbox for Chris@wingtiptoys.com. Nevertheless, if I misunderstood your means, please let me know. Mike
