Mails from Exchange 2007 are going to spam(VERY URGENT)
I have configured a mail server with exchange 2007 server. I can send and recive mails form other mail servers. But when i send mails to other servers it always ends up in spam. It doesn't go to the correct inbox. This is creating a big problem in the companys' business. What shall I do? Does any one think i missed any configuration? Please Help.

Does this happen to all users? All receiving domains? Mike Crowley Check out My Blog!

Hello Dawitta2006, Please check what is the FQDN on the Send & Default Receive Connector on E2K7 Server, it should be valid (eg. mail.domain.com) If the FQDN on the Send & Default Receive Connector is not correct then please correct it –-> Restart the Transport service on the HUB server. Also check whether you have a proper PTR record (eg. mail.domain.com) for your domain. It Will fix the problem. EXCHANGE2010, MCSE, MCTS, MCSA MESSAGING, CCNA & GNIIT
