Mailinglist transfer into multiple worksheets

Within our department we work with push notifications. These push messages are sent on topic. Each topic has its own mailinglist. These mailinglists are inserted in a worksheet with the title of that topic. Because there are users who want to be on multiple lists and users who have indicated that they would like to receive all the push messages I'm looking for a way to build on this.

I thought about adding a "all" worksheet and in it to create a mailinglist that is called in all other worksheets if there is a push message in addition to the already existing mailing list of the worksheet on topic. So this mailinglist will be called upon whenever there is a push message.
However, because such a list will be as dynamic, like the mailinglists per worksheet (on topic), I'm not sure how to do this. Has anyone some experience with mailinglists and push notifications?

It may also be that there is an easy way, please let me know.

You may consider using Microsoft Power Query for Excel. This add-in is free. You will need Office Professional Plus or Excel Standalone versions 2010, 2013, or Office 365 Professional Plus.

Power Query add-in allows you to import data from a wide variety of external sources, or from your workbook, and shape your data with simple user interface. Once you prepare your data, it creates the necessary workbook connections that will perform the import and transformations on refresh.

Download the add-in here.

You can share more information how the data looks like, and what is the desired output, and we can show you how to use Power Query to reach your goals.
