Mailbox storage limit increased, user still getting error
Hi there, I have a user who had exceeded her storage limit so I increased it in Active Directory. I do this all of the time for users. Well, this particular user is still being prompted that she has exceeded her limit, even though her new limits are a 100MB greater than her total mailbox size now. Has anyone run into this before? Found it. The strangest thing-- I did an advanced find in Outlook for emails greater than 10MB and found an email that claimed to be residing in the Inbox that had a 25MB file attachment. It opened as if it was a saved draft, however-- where I could have clicked "Send." Once I deleted that everything went back to normal. Just FYI... Shane
