Mailbox restore with overwrite option in Exchange 2013

Hi,

I like to restore a user's mailbox with overwrite option in Exchange 2013. I tried the following PS command but it merged it..

New-mailboxrestorerequest sourcedatabase "RDB01" sourcestoremailbox "2007u1" targetmailbox "2007u1@aricent.com"

any suggestions? User need a point in time restore so no merge or

Disable and then enable the mailbox first.  Remember the settings so that you can recreate the mailbox with all the settings.

Thanks. Can I just double check steps:

1. disable mailbox

2. Enable mailbox

3. restore as per my original PS command.

Is that correct?

You may need to restore any mail settings that were cleared by disabling the mailbox.

Hi,

Do you means that overwrite target mailbox after restore mailbox?
