Mailbox quota warning interval messages
Hello, I have set mailbox quota on Exchange 2010 for IssueWarning and ProhibitSend. Warning Interval for database is currently set to default "Everyday at 1:00AM". Does this mean I will get a warning everyday after 1:00AM if my mailbox is approaching the limited size? TIATom

Thanks Ed. So say I got a warning notifier saying "Your mailbox is almost full". I didn't free up any space. Should I expect a repeated warning notifier the next day when the warning interval process run? Or is it one time notification? My setting is Microsoft default setting, Run every day at 1:00AM. My recollection is that the message is sent every time the schedule fires it and there is no memory of it having been sent.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

I got one warning message saying Mailbox almost full. I haven't cleared the space yet and I have not received another notification indicating the mailbox size. Any suggestions, why the notifier stoped? ThanksTom

Find something interesting from Jeff @ http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/a5eb2d04-0b41-4e82-84cb-76157d6712d3 So my setup being at Exchange 2010 SP2, a warning message will be sent only once till the flag is reset. Also, as I am testing this I have enabled the issuewarning, prohibit send for my mailbox and not to the database. Now, how could I reset the flag to get another warning message? I didn't understand that part. Could somebody explian this further? TIATom
