Mailbox quota set - still getting mailbox full bounce
Exchange Server 2007 on SBS2008. I've set mailbox quota to 4 gigs on both Storage Group and the actual mailbox and I still get bounce backs from one mailbox that it is full. Any ideas? I've refreshed settings on both, nothing works. Please help!

Has it been less than 2 hours since you changed the settings? This issue occurs because the Exchange Information Store service uses the cached mailbox configuration to enforce mailbox size limits. The configuration change does not take effect until the cache is refreshed. The default interval for refreshing the cached mailbox information is two hours.
