we use Exchange 2013 Server. There are problems in some user mailbox, can not receive mail. How to correct this problem.

According to you description,I recommend you refer to the following methods to troubleshoot the issue:

1.Please change the mailboxes to another database and check the result.

2.Upgrade the Exchange version up to date.
