You want to have a script to monitor mailbox permission change. Sorry I can't provide any solution about script. This forum is for exchange related issues. For questions about Script please use the Development Forum which would be the most relevant forum for your question. http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=838&SiteID=17 Before going any further, I assumed you'd already known exchange couldn't monitor mailbox permission change, there's no direct solution to the issue you inquired For your information, heres a workaround for your issue. I find a tool called "MBInfo" that can dump all the non-default permissions of users' mailbox You could extract the "MBInfo" and copy MBInfo.exe and MBInfo.ini file to <drive>:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin folder to run it. For more about "MBInfo": http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258958/ You can obtain MBInfo from Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS). Contact CSS to get more related info To obtain the phone numbers please take a look at the web site listed below: <http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS> If you are outside the US please see <http://support.microsoft.com> for regional support phone numbers. Here I also provide you some external resource about this issue: Export Mailbox Permissions http://www.joeware.net/myforum/viewtopic.php?t=267
